The area of settlement Zone is approximately 10 ha with a total investment capital of nearly 10 billion VND. The design of infrastructure work such as electricity, road, school, clinic, sewage system… is implemented according to regulated standards of a modern residential area, satisfying the demands for urban quality and looking.
Hung Son 3 settlement Zone can contain 130 households, each plot is about 100-300 m2 of use. The settlement Zone is expected to be completed and come into use within this year.
This is the second settlement Zone built in Hung Son commune.

On 08/3/2007, Nui Phao mineral exploiting and processing joint-venture (Nuiphaovica) held the ceremony of starting construction of Hung Son 3 settlement Zone (Ham Rong hamlet, Hung Son Commune, Dai Tu district). Representatives of Dai Tu authority leaders, Nuiphaovica, successful tenderer (construction electricity and water installing joint stock Company 1), local leaders and a lot of local inhabitants attended the ceremony.
