Attending the ceremony were Mr. Duong Vuong Thu, Member of the the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Thai Nguyen city Party Committee and leaders from Prudential Vietnam as well as representatives from some provincial agencies.

On this occasion, the Customer Service Center in Thai Nguyen and Thai Nguyen Newspaper jointly granted 20 scholarships for good poor talented students in Thai Nguyen city in the study year 2006-2007. Each scholarship is worthy of VND 500.000.
