On April 10th, Ms Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly delegation presided over the 9th meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee for 2020-2025 tenure to discuss and approve many important contents. Attending the meeting were Mr Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr Pham Hoang Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of relevant departments, branches and localities.

At the meeting, the delegates discussed the content of establishing and selecting the infrastructure investors of five industrial clusters reported by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, including Yen Lac (Phu Luong district), Luong Son (Song Cong city); Quang Son 1 (Zone A – Dong Hy district; Tan Phu 1 and 2 (Pho Yen town). 

Also at the meeting, the Secretary and Deputy Secretaries of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee have commented on establishing five industrial clusters in the province while required that the advisory officers have to take responsibility for the legality to finish the related procedures before the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee decided that. In the spirit of administrative reform, creating favorable conditions for the implementation of projects, promoting socio-economic development, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has focused on discussing the contents related to each industrial cluster as proposed, the legal bases in the implementation process. All comments agreed with the establishment of the industrial clusters. 

In conclusion, Ms Nguyen Thanh Hai emphasized that the establishment and selection of investors of five industrial clusters have to ensure compliance with the Party’s policies and the State’s laws. She assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Provincial People's Committee to decide the above contents based on the competence and take responsibility for the legality and accuracy of the reported information, data and evaluation contents. She required the related units to regularly check and monitor the observance of legal regulations on the selection of infrastructure investors to detect, resolve violations promptly, not letting the State's assets and budget be lost. Simultaneously, the related units timely report to the competent authorities when any issues occurred, she added. 

Besides, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has implemented some contents on the staff arrangement.
