Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on setting up a digital social platform, from May 19 to now, the Department of Information and Communications and related departments and agencies have coordinated with the Alliance of SaigonTel-NGS to build and put the application "ThaiNguyen ID" into use from October 31.
ThaiNguyen ID is a mobile application that focuses on employees. The application is developed towards a connection channel between employees, employers, and the province's large digital information store. The application is also a place to identify users, provide information on public administration, employment, housing and is also a vital communication bridge between employees and recruitment agencies.
Firstly, the province will deploy applications to identify citizens in the digital space; bring public services closer to locals. This app was a priority for workers first in industrial zones. Then, the province will extend to all citizens in the area.
At the conference, the units asked the Provincial People's Committee to direct the establishment of a group consisting of members from the Department of Information and Communications, the Alliance of SaigonTel-NGS, and related departments and agencies to connect, deploy and test "ThaiNguyen ID" application; issued a certificate allowing "ThaiNguyen ID" to be posted on the digital social platform system and deployed to users on the mobile platform.
Speaking at the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee Chairman emphasized the importance of deploying the application "ThaiNguyen ID". This application is one of the important solutions to improve the digital society index of the province gradually.
