2021 DTI point includes nine main indicators' points (98 sub-indices).
Accordingly, the nine main indicators are divided into the General Platform Index Group (digital awareness, digital institutions, digital infrastructure, digital human resources, cyber information security, smart cities) and the Operational Index Group (digital government, digital economy, and digital society). At the three pillars of digital transformation, Thai Nguyen ranked 9th, 5th, and 8th out of 63 provinces and cities in digital government, digital economy, and digital society, respectively.
To achieve the above results, over the past time, digital transformation has received drastic, synchronous, and close direction from the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Steering Committee for the implementation of the digital transformation program in Thai Nguyen province, the active participation of departments, branches, and localities. Propaganda and awareness-raising activities about digital transformation have been enhanced, spread, and positively affected the contingent of officials, employees, and the whole society. In addition, information technology applications and digital transformation activities in State agencies contribute to changing the administration, methods and working styles of officials. Online public services and electronic one-stop offices contribute to improving the quality of people and business service and building e-government, digital government.
