Signing the Financing Contract for An Khanh Electrothermal Plant Project

Officially witnessed by Mr. Tap Can Binh – Member of Standing Committee under the Ministry of Politics, Vice-President of the Republic of China; Mr. Le Hong Anh – Member of the Ministry of Politics, Standing Member of Secretariat and Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan – Vice-President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam; together with representatives of Embassies, Ministries and Departments of both Viet Nam and China; the signing ceremony of financing contract for An Khanh 1 Electrothermal Plant Project in Dai Tu District, Thai Nguyen Province happened on the 21st of December, at the Vietnamese presidency palace.

The presence of the leaders of the Party and State of both countries shows friendly cooperation, determination to promote comprehensive economic cooperation under the policies laid down by the Party and Government of both countries.

This is a great effort made by An Khanh Electricity Joint Stock Company in the context of global economic depression, credit crunch, and inflation control of Viet Nam. The company has mobilized its finance to develop the power project in Viet Nam and affirm the project’s success.
