“越南茶的香味”是 2011 年越南 - 太原第一届国际茶节开幕式的主题。开幕式将于 11 月 12 日， 20 时在福春社，高长村（太原市）举行。

Tea and tea products have been used for long time by humans as a drink (although the difference of method and habit), just as a precious medicine to strengthen health, make the mind cheery, etc.

Since the early morning of Nov, 9th, the museum of ethnic culture of Viet Nam was bustling with laughters of the crowd from many tea rural areas to gather. Everyone was excited and confident when bringing beautiful tea to Thai Nguyen to attend the competition.

Tea festival has not officially opened but Nui Coc Lake tourism area, where activities of the Festival will take place, has welcomed the first visitors to the important cultural events.

In the evening of Nov, 11th, at the provincial Culture and Information Centre, the Steering Committee of first International Tea Festival - Thai Nguyen, Vietnam 2011 hosted the opening of Final round of the beauty contest "Miss Tea-land".

At night of 10 th November, on Hung Vuong Street, Thai Nguyen City, the Tea Festival’s Organization Board opened the Countryside Gastronomy.
