"Basic Computer and Internet Skills" course Ended

The Steering Conmittee is handing prizes to the most exceellent trainees

Held by the "Improving Ability Computer and Internet" project Management Board, belonging to Vietnam Public Interest Telecommunication Service, Ministry of Information and Communications, the "Basic computer and Internet Skills" course ended on 15 August 2009.

 

This is the first course of the Project which lasted from 20 July til 15 August. The trainees are post officers, librarians who come from 24 commune, town post offices and 9 district, province, school libraries.

 

With a very high willingness to learn, the trainees had a thorough grasp of Basic Computing such as Window Vista and some applications, Internet, computer and network maintaining. The final test result showed that 100% trainees were qualified and got the course certificate. Knowledge obtained from the course does not only help these trainees in their jobs but also aids them in guiding and teaching local residents in computer and internet application so that information efficiency, productivity improvement and market expansion can be reached.

 

The Steering Committee has selected 20 candidates with the best results and offered them another "Basic Network Management" course which is to be held at the beginning of this September.At the course-ending ceremony, the Steering Comittee handed prizes to the most excellent trainees.
