Localities have to focus on thoroughly implementing Resolution 19 of the Party on reforming the organization and management system, improving the quality and performance of public non-business units, especially education.

The Prime Minister called on the entire education sector to uphold the spirit of fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic for everyone and our children's future.

In the past school year, the local education sector has also re-arranged the education system for 40 inter-level units and schools, maintaining and improving the quality of education. The key tasks of the school year 2021-2022 and the educational development goals for 2021-2025 are determined to focus on implementing the New General Education Program, improving the quality of mass education, and orienting effective vocational education. For university education, the sector focuses on training and scientific research based on supply and demand for human resources in each field.
