That is the key content of Directive No. 05/CT-UBND issued by the Provincial People's Committee to effectively implement the Prime Minister's Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP. This Resolution dated January 30, 2022, on the rehabilitation and socio-economic development.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested heads of departments, branches, and chairpersons of People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to urgently issue action plans to implement Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP. Agencies, units, and localities have done well in propagandizing and mobilizing the business community and people on mechanisms, policies, and solutions to implement the Resolution effectively and promptly handle arising problems.
At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee assigned units and localities to regularly check the progress and disbursement of public investment capital in 2022, without delay, prolongation, or inefficiency; resolutely fight stagnation, strictly handle negative cases in public investment.
The Provincial People's Committee directs departments and branches to carefully review and propose removing institutional and legal barriers hindering production and business activities and implementing flexible and effective epidemic prevention and control measures to minimize the impact on production and business.
Along with that, localities also prepare plans in case of emergency, worst case, so as not to be passive unexpected, affecting the capacity to respond.
